Kelly's Cottage Garden Roses

The Rose Review

Rosette Delizy

Rosette Delizy is a Tea Rose, bred in 1922 in France.
The med sized blooms are a kaleidoscope of colours! Cream,
yellow, apricot, orange, raspberry and red.
Depending
on the weather you can find several if not all of
these colors in a single bloom.

This shrub covers it's self with blooms and repeats all year.
Reaching  up to 3 m x 2.5 meters in good conditions.  Lovely
med green leaves and dense evergreen growth. Tea fragrance.
This rose gets no black spot or mildew in my garden.
Prune only lightly or not at all.

MME Antoine Mari

This is a lovely Tea rose!  Bred in 1901 in France.
This evergreen shrub
2mx2m is slightly wider than tall, twiggy
growth covered with dark green healthy leaves.  New growth is
burgundy red and complements the colour of the flowers.

The blooms are double, sometimes slightly nodding and in great
abundance. The blooms are cream and pink in cooler weather, while
turning medium pink flushed raspberry in warmer weather.
Tea fragrance. No blackspot in my garden. Prune only lightly if at all.

Celine Forestier

A Noisette rose, bred in 1824.
Celine is best grown as a bushy climber 3m x 1.5m.
Med green healthy foliage, branching to make a dense evergreen shrub.
Blooming all year with abundant flowers in small clusters,
with intense fragrance that drifts in the air.
The buds are shaded dark pink, opening to very double,
yellow
sometimes flushed pink blooms.
This rose likes a lot of well rotted manuer and a sunny spot.
Prune only very lightly if at all.
